Problem accessing site dashboard

Hello

We have been using Alfresco Cloud (free version) for a while without incident. Last week I set up a site and invited people to join it. Some did and some posted documents so they clearly could get to the site.

This morning one invitee said they could not get to the site, I tried myself and I got

"A server error has occurred"

page. When I clicked on the link from "My Sites"

I can navigate direct to the document library (because I know how to contruct the URL manually in the browser address bar) and I can navigate to other parts of the site directly, but I cannot get to the dashboard.

The underlying error message is

<!–

Can some kind soul in Alfresco Cloud support help me?

If this post is in the wrong place, can someone tell me where to ask for assistance on Alfresco Cloud (free version)?

Many thanks

Issues logged in JIRA by our support team default to "private" because they often have customer information that we don't want to accidentally disclose.

We couldn't be more clear about the release details because the answer was always "as soon as possible". As soon as we had a tested fix, we implemented it. That solved the underlying problem that was breaking sites. Unfortunately it took a few more days to write, test, and run a script to fix the sites that were in the inaccessible state.

We apologize for the problem and appreciate your patience.

I had been advised by support that the update released today would fix the issue but nothing has changed for the the sites previously exhibiting this issue.

No change on my site either (but them I'm a free client - maybe we don't get fixed).

A fix was implemented earlier this week and my sites dashboards now accessible again.

Thanks.

Hi,

According to IT, the issue has been resolved. Please let me know ASAP if you are still having issues, or you can open a JIRA ticket yourself at issues.alfresco.com.

Otherwise, I apologize for the inconvenience it has caused, and thank you for your patience! Smiley Happy

Yes, my site has returned to full health. Thank you.

Hi, I am having the same problem (today Friday 23-08-2013)
Example: https://my.alfresco.com/share/apipro.com/page/site/analytics/dashboard

I can access the documentlibrary of all my sites, but on some of the sites, I can not access the Dashboard.

I am a soon-to-be paying customer, but am still evaluating if the pure Cloud solution is sufficient for us.

The best way to get assistance is to work with the sales representative who is coordinating your trial. I spoke about this issue with him, and he is looking in to it on your behalf.

Cheers,

Richard
