Email drap and drop to Alfresco Share

I am using Alfresco community edition 4.0.d
Is it possible for me to drag and drop emails from OutLook express or any other mail client to Alfresco Share

Since Share is a http application you won't be able to DND from an email client to Alfresco Share.  However you would be able to DND from an Imap email client to alfresco's imap server.

I've not used Outlook Express myself,  but I've used Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007 with Alfresco.

I plan to access Alfresco share from Windows machine using CIFS
We have a separate IMAP  production server, in this case I am confused on having  another IMAP server in Alfreso instance .
I am confused over here

Hi,

from my experience it is possible to drag and drop an email from Thunderbird to the Alfresco Share UI directly, I was also reported that this works from Apple mail as well.

Your enterprise IMAP server is where you get email. You can add Alfresco's built in IMAP server within Outlook. So you can see all the folder and emails within Alfresco from within Outlook. You can then drag emails from in Outlook from one IMAP folder to another IMAP folder. If you do it from your enterprise IMAP server to the Alfresco IMAP server, you will be uploading  your email into Alfresco using Drag and Drop.

I have added the following  in alfresco.properties and restarted the services.

imap.server.enabled=true
imap.server.port=143
imap.server.host=localhost‍‍‍

I have few users like "joseph",  "john" other than user  "admin"
I am trying to configure outlook express as IMAP client,
I have tried with email id "admin@mydm.com" ,  and for other users joseph@mydm.com , john@mydm.com.
When it ask password I am giving alfresco passows
I am not able to authenticate.
Am I in the right steps, or am I doing it wrong

It got solved
The mistake I was doing was that I was not doing it manually for the out look express setting
I did manually serve and user name and it got connected

While I was seeing the connection in Outlook express, I mis understood thinking that I have been connected to DM IMAP , Today when I was just going through the IMAP alfresco integration, I cam to know that I was not connected  with  DM IMAP server.  When I check the properties of the connection I could read the message that there is no connection with the IMAP server.

My 'alfresco-global.properties' contains
