Document sharing / Collabration

Hi,

I have the following use-case and would like to find out if this is possible to solve using Alfresco:

We have on large word document that multiple people will be editing simultaneously.  The current process we have is to email the document around.  Is it possible to collaborate on a single document using Alfresco?
