Clustering in Community 3.4.d

We are setting up clustering in Alfresco Community 3.4.d.It is not working properly.
Changes to metadata in one instance do not seem to sync to the other instance until tomcat is restarted.
Anyone can help on this issue?

This is resolved for now EHCache multicast discovery.
But do not understand why jgroups config is not working, although followed all the steps.

I think Jgroups is for Enterprise only.
