Hy all, this is my problem… In the space i have only one user, there's a way to avoid that Alfresco insert the task to the "pooled tasks" but directly in "task to do" for my user?
The use of pooled tasks is specified by the worflow definition. So, I guess you could have a condition that checks the number of assignees and if there's only one assign a task, rather than a pooled task.
