Activity-Spring, couldn't instantiate class...

Hi,
I use activity in a spring project by including dependencies in pom.xml.
It works perfectly with all tags but I have a problem with the boundaryEvent whit timerEventDefinition tags.
I set correctly the ${testStartDate} variable in timeDate tag, but when the task "timer2Class" is ready to start (flow15 in attached document) I read in table ACT_RU_JOB in column EXCEPTION_MSG_ this message: "couldn't instantiate class com.prova.activititest.activiti.AttendiClassDelegate".
The strange thing is that sometimes it works.
Can someone help me?

Thank you!

I think there is more to the problem than meets the eye.
Can you provide a unit test project that demonstrates the issue and attach?

Thanks,

Greg
