We are currently on 6.4 and using the omr dll to create omr lines on our statements.  We are now in the process of migrating to 11 and i'm trying to figure out how to setup the omr lines in config.  our reseller apparenlty do not know these settings so here i am taking a shot in the dark to see if someone out here knows what they are.

Is this information somewhere in the mrg that i may have missed? if so please let me know where it is.  Thank you!

ps. and no, the omrdll does not work with onbase 11.

Hi CH,

There is a section in the Image Statements MRG , 'Configuring OMR Marks for use with Image Statements' on page 78.  This explains how to configure OMR marks.

There are a couple reasons why OMR marks may not be appearing when using an OMRDLL.

 Please try the following:

1) Ensure that the position of the marks has been specified. If the position is 0.00, 0.00 the OMR Marks will not be applied.
2) Ensure that you haven't specified an 'OMR Type' when using a DLL. This setting should be set to <<None>>.

This dialog can be accessing from Config > Printing > Statement Types > Settings > Primary Document > Barcodes

If the OMRDLL isn't working after adjusting these settings, I recommend contacting your first line of support to resolve this issue.

Bob, i've configured the statements per your recommendation.

The OMR marks are still not being printed based on those changes using the OMR dll file.

Just a quick overview - nautilus 11 - win server 2008 r2 (64bit) for the app server - where the client rendering is done.

Will this omr dll work in this environment? or does the environment need to be 32 bit? Does it work with nautilus 11 (the omr dll)?

I've asked the reseller these questions and they have no answers.

Thank you for your assistance.
