In the Thick client, verify the setting of User | Workstation Options | E-mail | Use Native Mail Dialog . Enable the setting.

Hey Germaine,
Could you elaborate on what you are doing when this occurs? It would appear like you're trying to send external mail via DMMailServices.dll but I'd like to confirm.
Thanks,

Hey Germaine,
Can you verify that the DLL is truly in system32? If so, try running the following from a command prompt or run command: regsvr32 C:\Windows\System32\dmMailServices.dll after this has been completed (verified by the success message) trey re-launching the client and sending the e-mail again.
Thanks,
