Hi, I'm trying to pack and deploy Nuxeo on Wildfly 10.0.0.Finale. I am running in this issue:

is there another way for assembly Nuxeo in a war or ear?

You didn't specify which Nuxeo version you're talking about.
Anyway Nuxeo is supported only on Tomcat 7 for now.

Nuxeo 8.2. I am reading that the static war supports Wildfly. is It not True?

Ah you're right I'd forgotten about that. We'll try to look at the NXP ticket and fix things before the final 8.10 release.
