New Installation errors - 12.0.3.629 SP3 Testing Product

Hi all.

I'm getting a few error messages when I attempt to "Perform Bar Code Processing" either manually or as an automated batch service. Here are the messages:

Error 20018 - INI File Does Not Exist SetAction OpenDialog

Error 2003 - Cannot Find Engine SetAction Reset

Bar code processing operation failed on batch 120980

I suspect I have missed something in the installation process but after several retries and revies, I still have not figured it out. Any insight would be very helpful

The errors you're getting are related to problems with the Kofax ImageControls installation, indicating that the Barcode Server is trying to load Kofax to do the bar code processing because it can't find the Accusoft Barcode library.  Verify that you have the correct Hyland Barcode Recognition.msi installer for your version of OnBase and verify that it is actually installed on the machine that is trying to perform the barcode server queue processing.
