Nothing happens when Sweeping via Hyperdrive on Citrix

We have a hybrid solution where we use the Epic thick client on workstations and also Epic via Citrix. We are testing Hyperdrive and for some reason I can not get Sweep to work via Hyperdrive on Citrix. On workstations I have no issues but when I select the Sweep option from the SAS window and select a document, nothing happens, as if I never imported a document. Nothing appears in Diagnostics Console. Any ideas what could be preventing this from working on Hyperdrive via Citrix? Anyone else have a similar issue?

Since this issue is a bit more complex to be answered in community, I suggest that you Create a Support Case with FLOS (first line of support) so that a Support person will work with you directly to come up with a resolution to your issue.

I would like to hear the solution when one is found. I have a similar situation with using a scanner and VMware with FOS. Thinking maybe there is a common theme.
