Does Hyland plan to provide a more complete way to delete Unity Forms? I understand that unnecessary forms can be hidden from view with Forms Visibility, and while that solution is sufficient for end users, it is not for forms designers.
We end up with a lot of junk templates to work around. I have two templates that were named exactly the same because I had to do a complete redesign of the form and we have a specific convention for document types names. I figured I would just delete the old template, but I cannot find a way to do it. I also have a test template created by our reseller - he probably didn't realize that it cannot be removed. And my test system has several junk templates that it would be nice to clean up.
If there is not an SCR for this functionality yet, then I would like to request one - unless I just don't know how to accomplish this. In that case, please advise. Thanks for your help.

Rochelle,
Currently there is an Enhancement that does request this functionality (allow for a Unity Form Template to be deleted). The SCR # is 121611. If you would like to be added to this SCR please contact your first line of support.
Thanks,

That functionality would be very helpful. We have several test forms and first versions of some updated processes that are no longer used. It is confusing sometimes for the end user in form selection.
Thanks,
