War file Backup

I deleted my alfresco.war file wrongly in the directory  C:\alfresco-community\tomcat\webapps .

I have a backup file there, how can i restore the war file. Because of that, i am getting error.

What error are you getting?

The backup file(s) you see in the webapps directory has/have probably been created by the apply_amps script. It is unlikely that such a backup will be 100% identical to the WAR you have deleted. So it may be the simplest to simply restore the oldest backup (the Alfresco original WAR) by renaming it to alfresco.war (or share.war), and then to run the apply_amps script again to install all the modules you have in your amps / amps_share directory.
