How to search document by its property in customised advance search?

Hi,

I have a document with some properties like claim number,policy number, delivery date,etc.

For these property i have customised advanced search form. below is the screenshot of my customised advance search:-

My requirement is to search document by its property for example if i will enter policy number in my customised advanced search and hit search button then it will search document with this unique policy number.

Hmm... so by customising your search form you should have already fulfilled your requirement. When you enter the policy number in the form, the search should search for your documents based on that policy number. If that does not work as you expected (you have not provided any indication this does not work), then you may have to check your search / SOLR setup.

Are those properties defined inside this custom type?
