How to access the local directory and display it and display on the webUI

Now I want to get the local folder directory and show it on the webUI, how can I do it?

Now I have two cross - network, CIFS file systems that do not connect . I hope can connect them through alfresco and synchronize and delete files on both sides.

Alfresco does not do that. Alfresco can act like a CIFS server, but it cannot simply read files from an existing CIFS share. It also does not perform synchronization between CIFS shares. It really does not even do two-way synchronization between two Alfresco servers without third-party add-ons.

So I think you are going to have to find a different solution.
