How can I Start Stop Job executor at run time

How can I Start Stop Job executor at run time, I am using activiti 5.15.xxx version with Spring and multiple activiti engines.

I am escalating this post :

SpringJobExecutor cannot be shutdown and started up. 

As I am also getting behavior in which some Jobs are still executing even I used JobExecutor.shutdown() method.

Any help much appreciate.
