Hello,
following instructions at https://docs.alfresco.com/content-services/latest/admin/content-stores/#encrypted-content-store there is a point:
Obtain the license (.lic) file with content encryption enabled from Alfresco Support.
How can I obtain this licence?

You need to buy the Enterprise version of the product.
