I have one user that when she imports documents into Alfresco it changes the name from the original document.
She opens Alfresco in Chrome.
She drags and drops the document in and has also tried importing it through Alfresco itself.
Others have tried importing the same documents and the name remains the same.
She got onto another computer, logging into her Alfresco account and transferred the documents and the name doesn't change.
We are very confused as to why this would occur and have tried everything we can think of. I am hoping someone can help.
