Changing process model after deploying.

Hi All,

My Question is about Changing process model after deploying.

For example 

Started the process-->Vacation handling-->approve/deny 

When the process reach Vacation handling can i ask another task here to add one more level of approval?

Is it possible to add this kind of changes with out affecting existing flow?
