Alfresco 7.4 Community Version - Error when using Microsoft Office 365

We recently installed Alfresco 7.4 - Share Community version. We are receiving an error when trying to edit documents using Microsoft Office 365. (AOS 1.6) 

Office blocked opening the file because it comes from a site in the restricted site zone.

Should we assume this has to do with the Microsoft Office 365 settings and not Alfresco Share 7.4/AOS 1.6?

Does the user trying to access the content from the given site has appropriate permissions ?

Yes. I am testing with my account. I have full admin privileges. Thank you. Kim
