activiti-admin 404 and process gives Could not post events to Activiti Admin

Hi running locally on Windows newly installed environment http://localhost:8080/activiti-app/ works fine but http://localhost:8080/activiti-admin gives 404.  Also when I try to start a simple process with one user task I get 

com.activiti.service.runtime.PublishAdminAppEventsService - Could not post events to Activiti Admin Application. Received status code: 404

OK I found that I  have to rename activiti-admin.war.undeployed to activiti-admin.war in C:\Program Files (x86)\alfresco\process-services-1.11.1\tomcat\webapps and then everything works filne
