Purpose and Scope
Alfresco in the Cloud is a hosted multi-tenant edition of the Alfresco ECM platform. It consists of the Alfresco Share collaboration interface, and developers can also access the platform through the public REST APis.
The service is only available to paid subscribers.

Governance Model
The roadmap of the project is determined by Alfresco Product Management in response to customer needs and analysis of the market place.
License
The cloud specific modifications to Alfresco Community Edition are proprietary.

Customers should report problems with my.alfresco.com through the Alfresco Support Portal.
Road Map
We are still working on publishing a road map.
Customers can escalate feature requests through Alfresco Support.
Architecture
Alfresco in the Cloud is a derivative product of Alfresco One Enterprise Edition, which in turn is built upon the open source core of Alfresco Community Edition.
