Where are the uploaded Docs stored on server?

I uploaded some documents via FTP. Which directory are the files uploaded to? Or they are stored as binary files?

Your files are stored in the content store.  

So if you are using the out of the box settings, somewhere under alf-data.    

Your files are presented bu alfresco in whatever space you uploaded the files to.

Thank you. I found some penny BIN files in alf_data/contentstore, are they converted from my uploaded files?

I did not create any space through Alfresco Share. I can see the files from FileZilla, do you mean that the files were not stored in file system with original names?

No files are not stored with original names.   By default they are stored in a pattern that supports easy incremental backup.

However there should be no need for you to worry about the implementation of the content store, beyond making sure its backed up.
