What's 'Publish' function ?

I'm using Alfresco 4.2.c.

Do you know what is "Publish" link.
When I click "Publish" link, error is occurred.

"There is no appropriate publishing channel for this content."

Please show attached file.

Publish feature allows you to share/publish your content to social media channels like facebook, teitter etc…
