Web project in 4.2.0

Hi,

(using alfresco 4.2.0 community)
i am completely new to alfresco, i am not getting any option to create a web project from alfresco explorer(i tried websitetools.amp & wcmqs).
Also i am trying to create/list a web project using api but getting error 500..

Please help

"Web Projects" are deprecated.    You can still use them, in which case you will need to apply the "wcm bootstrap".    However there is no future development planned.
