Username & password wrong

I want to map alfresco to the Map Drive but i have a problem in username & password
I tried Alfresco username & password But it doesn't work :roll:
the syntax is \\ComputerName+A\alfresco\My space ====>  :arrow:   \\PCA\alfresco\books
can you help me  plz 😎  :wink:
what should i do????

I got exactly the same problem..

Am on Win 7..am trying to create a shared network drive using the default Bob Smith workspace..

Pls suggest the right syntax for the username..
