translation instructions at http://alf-trans.ossportal.org/ do not work

I follow the instructions at http://alf-trans.ossportal.org/  and copy 2 jar files in tomcat/shared/lib folder under my Alfresco community installation directory , then I restart the server . Nothing changes. English still appears.

What do I have to do to solve this ? Thank you.

I figured out the reason. I have to add Language in the browser setting. If I do not use this step then English will appear. How do I disable English , so that only one version in the language I want will appear and with this method, I do not have to change browser settings.

How can I disable English ?

Can you not use the bin file and re-install with the correct language you are wanting?

there are many languages that Alfresco does not support. We have to install extra jar files.
- The first problem is that have to change the locale of the browser.
- the second problem is that for 5.1 community version, Those "Home, My Files, Shared Files, Sites, Tasks" do not change, others do change. This happened for both methods : install the extra libraries or EDIT directly the alfresco\site-webscripts\org\alfresco\share\imports\ share-header.lib.properties directly. The first five items do not change. Other items can be changed. So the question of this second problem is how to change those first 5 items.
