Support for default sequence flow

The default sequence flow attribute (e.g. compare with the user Guide user guide) appears not to be supported by the designer. When I add the "default" attribute manually to the XML, it's removed by the designer whenever the diagram is saved. Is there a plan to add support for a default sequence flow and/or is there a workaround (I'm using designer version 5.5)?

I'm using desinger 5.12 (there's nothing newer now?), but it's only possible to add a generic "SequenceFlow". I can't find a way to specify default flow, maybe I'm missing something? Also when I enter a condition on the generic "SequenceFlow", I suppose this turns it into a conditional flow. I was expecting that the graphical notation will change to an arrow with a diamond at the beginning. But it still looks the same. Am I doing something wrong or is this some sort of a bug?
