issue for " new users not visible in the site and people finder......
Default users are visible (administrator and guest etc..).

I resolved this issue by installing/importing SSL certificate in to SOLR4 component.
Before I installed SSL only for alfresco

Seems like Indexing issue.
Can you please check your alfresco connection with solr ?
It may possible that it is failing to create index due to some reason and you are not able to search new users.

I already done re-indexing,but same issue ...
search function working.....
i can search PDF file and old default users.....

A minor correction...
If an error occurs during solr search ,alfresco will fall back to db search.
Can you try to search with keyword that is only part of user name.

i can search file and old users , when i adding user to site not showing ...................

i updated own ssl certificate this only i maid changes.

It seems your solr is running correctly ,but index is stale.
Maybe it is caused by your updating ssl certificate ,which make solr can't not get incremental data correctly from alfresco
you can check the status of the Solr index by visiting
http://localhost:8080/solr4/admin/cores?action=REPORT&wt=xml
check Last index commit time and Last Index commit date options in that page

I think you need to install certificate to browser. Please refer to Installing the Certificate through the Web Browser

Thank you for your replay..
The issue resolved after updating ssl certificate .....
But when igo through browser same issue and upload certificate to browser same issue.
