problem:
i created folder testing under myfile and upload few docx doc. some of the doc / docx cant preview online and the error as below : i also try to create site and upload same doc but still same resutls.

We have uploaded a bunch of DOCX files and we can't figure out why some DOCX files render and show in the preview just fine, exactly like they are suppose to, while other DOCX files will not show at all and say that the preview engine for this file type is not available.
Anyone have any idea why this would be happening.

Hi,
It is most likely related to the size of your source docx document.
Basically you can configure your global properties to setup a max size for the documents you want to transform.
And it has default values. To avoid overloading the server by constantly transforming huge documents.
If you find that value isn't right for you, feel free to update it.
