Share: Advance Workflow

Hi All,

I was planning to sit back and wait for the addition of the much anticipated Advance Workflow in Share3.3, but since I received such a promising response on my similar question (Site Templates - thanks again steffen)… I have to try.

Does anyone have a working solution for adding a custom workflow in share? I understood that you could edit the 'Review & Approve' or 'Adhoc' flows in Explorer and as such trick share into using a custom workflow. Assuming that this work, than you 'd quickly run out of custom workflows (max=2). Any suggestions?

Well you can add as many as you want by overriding the workflow.get.html.ftl template in Share. What you won't be able to do without further customisation is to support multiple documents and pooled tasks - that's part of the v3.3 development.
