Hi all

Could someone help me understand the Alfresco product line up and the differences between the Community Edition and using Alfresco one.  I'm still  a bit muddy on it.

Thanks in advance.

You may like to look here -> http://www.alfresco.com/products

Alfresco One is what used to be called Alfresco Enterprise.   But its got cloud sync as well, so its on premise and optionally cloud as well.

Alfresco Community is the on premise, community version.

Thanks for the reply.  So on a functionality level (other than cloud sync), the products are identical?

Although the editions are pretty much identical there are some differences.

In general the enterprise version runs on non open source databases, will cluster and has some more admin options.    And from time to time the community version may have additional experimental features.

Thanks mrogers.  That helps.  Just trying to see where I can work it in, but unfortunately the subscription costs quoted (per CPU) where just a bit extreme.  I like the product, though most of my clients are quite small (up to 50 staff).  The cloud subscription seems cheap in comparison however it defeats the goal we are looking for where we would like the repositories to be stored privately.
