I want to know if I can give you a user to assign permissions for all documents that are linked to a specific category in this because I have a space in which vaan manage many documents and the second category is for a specifies person and I wish only that person could see, modify and approve flows simple and the other will not see them

How could do this

Has anyone answered this? I also need to create permissions based on category. I'd like it to work so that the user has to have permissions to EVERY category that the file is labeled with in order to have access to it. Is that possible?

This functionality has actually been implemented in the Records Management module. It's called Supplementary Markings. If you are feel adventurous you can try and adapt that functionality.
