People finder Property search error

Hi everyone,

I m new to alfresco. Currently we use 4.2.f at work. Whenever i click on the people finder, it is throwing me the following error?

I m not a technical guy, so I have to instruct the team that maintains this tools how to handle this issue. Can you please explain in layman terms?

To start with, here are the few points you should check for -
1. Has the xml file displayed in the screenprint modified for some customization
2. What is the value for the following property - subscriptions.following.emailTemplateLocationType.
