Migration from Documentum to Alfresco

I am new to Alfresco. I need your help to resolve my query 

I need to migrate contents from Documentum to Alfresco. Can you please let how can I proceed on this? Please share if you have any documents on the same.

        We have a open source migration framework called OpenMigrate which has a source adapter to connect to Documentum, and a target adapter to import into Alfresco.  We have also embedded OpenMigrate as a subsystem in Alfresco for increased performance.  How much content are you looking to migrate?  How complex is the metadata?  Some links to get you started:
