Internationalization in Alfresco

i am new to Alfresco.Can anybody help me as to in which folder i can find out webclient-custom.properties and web-client-config-custom.xml
I am using community edition 3.2

custom messages are in : tomcat/shared/classes/alfresco/messages
custom config files are in : tomcat/shared/classes/alfresco/extension
