Installation error - debugger - violation

I have Intel Dual core - 32 bit processor on Windows XP (32 bit version).
I am trying to install Alfresco Enterprise edition & also community edition - WCM.

While installing it, i recieve many error related MqSQL, Quickr - saying can't start/ register MySQL & also saying can't register blahMySQL server instance.

Issue 1)
Finally I get everything up.
However, it doesn't let me login.
admin, admin doesnt work.
gives me error saying either remote server is not available or user id password are invalid (what a confusing error !! it's this or that !)

Issue 2) (differnet scenario)
Main issue -
I can't run installation wizard at all.
After it asks me initial questions like until want to Install MysQL, it goes good.

then program automatically quits & kill itself.
Error - "An unhandeled win32 exception occured. <name of the installtion file>"

& then my debugger is called.
That even can't open the program & gives me access viloation error - hex num.

On High level, it looks like problem with ports/firewall restrictions on my box.
Is there a way that I can provide some Alfresco WCM demo to my team from your cloud or something similar?

Also, how do I get Alfresco Enterprise support for this issue? I have trial version of Enterprise WCM. The support page doesnt let me create support login account.

Any help is appreciated !

As detailed on the trial download page: http://www.alfresco.com/products/ecm/enttrial/?product_module=WCM it clearly states that "Please contact Alfresco Sales to see if you qualify for 3 free support cases and access to the Alfresco Network portal."

So in order to organise some support please contact the Alfresco Sales Team on sales at alfresco dot com so we can help you with the Support you need.

I have already paged sales team with this issue description.
I am not sure what's the best way to find sol in this case.

On High level, it looks like problem with ports/firewall restrictions on my box. So possibly, I might not be able to create a demo using Alfreso WCM on our servers.

Is there a way that I can provide some Alfresco WCM demo to my team from your cloud or something similar?

## Update
Have added Sales team in the communication loop.
I am waiting for response from Sales team.
If we can't install this product, then we might have to give up considering this product for our use.
