IMAP trouble

Hi all,
I have been fighting against IMAP for days… I lost the battle…

This is a screenshot of my Outlook situation:

I have two users wich have turned on the star "imap favourite" for a site…
Only the first is able to access the repository via outlook, as you can see….

What was wrong? Which can I investigate to resolve this issue?
Is this a permissions problem?

I have just noticed that Outlook says:

"LSUB failed. 06160012 Access Denied.  You do not have the appropriate permissions to perform this operation."

Why???

The obvious settings to check are the account and password that are used to connect to Alfresco.    Since it works for one user then it is unlikely to be a server side problem.

No it's not a password problem. I don't know what I did …
But I reinstalled Alfresco 3.3G and the problem was solved.

I think I need holiday!

No, the issue isn't solved … Probably I figured out the problem:

if multiple mount points were configured and a user has access only for a subset of those, Outlook raises this LSUB error.

Is it possible?
