How to set conditional statement against user tasks

I have five user tasks in sequence in my process flow. But Depends on some conditions, either i want to execute the user task or skip the user task. elobarate more user task 2 should't get executed for some conditions after user task 1 means once the user task get executed i want user task 3 should be executed.

You will need to add exclusive gateways in between those tasks then.

The other problem is that I need to download the process in Activiti Explorer and the .bpmn20.xml doesn't work in my case. There's always  an appearing exception.??

With such a limited amount of info, it's very hard to say anything here … any exception stacktrace? What are you trying to do here … ?
