How to Remove Delete icon from 'My Sites' dashlet?

We can see a "X" icon to "Delete" site in "My Sites" dashlet.
How can I remove that icon? Don't want to give permission to delete site.

Please let me know the way to remove the Delete "X" icon from "My Sites" dashlet.

It can be hide from the css tomcat/webapps/share/components/dashlets/my-sites.css or from the js file my-sites-min.js.
