how to export complete Repository in labs 3.0 stable version

hi team,
I'm using the alfresco labs 3.0 stable version. I read that the feature of Exporting a complete repository has been disabled in this version. if i want to migrate the new versions from thios version how can I do that?
And how to export the complete repostory in labs 3.0 version ??

MY ENVIRONMENT IS: Windows XP
Alfresco: Labs 3.0 stable version

to export the repository go to the administration console - export - "complete repository"

That is what my proble. in the earlier versions (<3.0), there was an option called "Export Repository" in Admin console.
But this was disabled in Alfresco labs 3.0 which i'm using.
So anyone can solve this?

I also would like to migrate my alfresco to a new server but when I issue the Export option in the Alfresco Web Client, the .acp file that is generated, does not contain the users or groups so I can not migrate them. The problem is I have many users and groups and migrating it manually is not an option to me. Can U please help me.

No its not possible.    Use Backup and restore instead.

I want to migrate from derby to mysql so backup and restore wont work.Is there any other solution for migrating Deby to mysql?
