Yes I can understand , it would be via audit, but I want that in alfresco logs.

Maybe you can check this info in your logs turning to debug mode in:
logger.org.alfresco.repo.security.authentication.ldap=debug
for your ldap users. For other auth subsystems or endpoints such as webdav, smb, ftp, you may need other loggers.
Anyway, the best way of seeing which users are connected is with OOTB Support Tools addon.

What is difference between this support tool (ootbee-support tools and ) alfresco addon "support tools" amp?
By the way this one I can only see current active sessions only. Not historic data

The OOTB flavour of the support tools is for the community version. The other one is for Enterprise edition.
Ang yes, only current active sessions is given by the addon and not historic data. You have to audit in that case, or save the active sessions in any external system.
