How to change default home page?

Hi,

How can i change default home page from user page to Company page?

When a user loggs in, the default page is his user page, however, i want him to acess company home in the first place…

How can i do this?  :roll:

If you're using 1.4 you can now configure this in User Preferences (little icon in the titlebar at the top of the page).

I am not using 1.4..but i already find a way! It is not a perfect way…but it works.

I have deleted every personal spaces..  :roll and i have created manual personal spaces…where just one user is abble to view his space.

Hi Gavin,

   I am using 1.4 but it doesn't seems to work. I can create a new user and assign his personal space. But clicking on little icon that you said, alfresco doesn't let me modify general properties…so i can not modify the personal space. Thanks.

I'm not entirely sure what you mean I'm afraid.

If you login as the user you created what happens? You can not see the User Preferences icon in the titlebar? Or you can see it but it doesn't let you modify anything?

You should see a drop down list at the bottom of the page that allows the user to select where they want to go when they login, do you not see that option?

Is it possible to define such preferences from LDAP config as for email or HomeFolder? i would like to define start location to my alfresco from there
