How to build Activiti Designer sources ?

Hello,

I want to learn how to compile activiti designer sources, and download it from https://github.com/Activiti/Activiti-Designer, but there has no step by step tutorial. some post describe this problems, and suggestions on codehaus has already terminated. Anybody can help me ?

My 2 cents:
- install git on your machine
- install maven on your machine
- git clone https://github.com/Activiti/Activiti-Designer.git  into a target directory
- import project in your favorite IDE (Eclipse or IDE)
- mvn clean install

Btw it's easy, but I have found this error building from scratch:
