Failed to start Alfresco3.0Stable

Hello;
I try to test alfresco 3.0Stable with postgresql 8.2 and when i start the server (Tomcat) i had this error messages:

Your indexes are not synchronised. Try editzing repository.properties (or custom-repository.properties) and setting "index.recovery.mode=FULL" to have alfresco rebuild the indexes.
