I've got a user who is unable to see any of his tasks (either Active or Completed). A red bar appears with the text "Error loading items". It works fine for everyone else. Anyone experienced this before and found a cause?
So far I don't see anything in the logs specific to that failure. Is it possible he had a task that he no longer has permission to perform? We have changed some of his permissions recently.

It's now just displaying "Loading…" without ever actually loading anything. Still just the one user affected. Ideas?
Good info, and looked like a VERY likely candidate as our broken user has done some experimentation with workflows. However, there are no matches on that query, so that must not be the exact problem we have. Anyone seen anything *similar*?
Workaround: When I tested out the Android version of the mobile app I was presented with a whole bunch of activity tasks that were old and have not shown up anywhere else. I cleared all those out and the user's activity list magically started working again. Must have been permissions somewhere, odd that only the Android app could see those tasks though.
