Error al configurar un repositorio a partir de un recursos compartido

Buenos tardes,

Estoy iniciando un proyecto con alfresco community 5.0, windows server 2012, base de datos mysql y estoy intentando poner el repositorio en un recurso compartido a través de una unidad de red, el recurso compartido tiene permisos de lectura/escritura para un usuario especifico del dominio (administrador de la máquina) el cual estoy poniendo como login del servicio tomcat de alfresco. La configuración que estoy intentando para cambiar la ruta del repositorio es:

dir.root=R:/Alfresco/alf_data  en el archivo: alfresco-global.properties
