Erreur à l'invitation de membres sur un site share 3.0 lab

Bonjour,

Poursuivant mes test, je suis tombé sur un message d'erreur dans le contexte suivant :
un utilisateur créé un site avec l'interface Share. Lorsque je veux inviter d'autres membres j'ai le message suivant : "0 invites sent out, 1 failure".

J'ai exactement le même problème avec la version entreprise. Les mails fonctionnent correctement avec l'application alfresco. En revanche invite sur share m'indique une erreur sur le javascript processTemplate (problème de constructeur). Serait ce un problème de paramétrage du modèle de mail pour les invitations ?

Le moyen que j'ai trouvé pour contourner ce problème est de passer par l'interface "alfresco" et non "share" pour mettre les utilisateurs dans les groupes (console administration) des sites concernés avec les rôles concernés. Je me suis rendu compte que les groupes des sites étaient vide sauf pour le créateur.

J'ai eu le même problème sur un Alfresco 3.0.0 Enterprise bootstrapé en fr_FR. Le problème vient de la définition du workflow d'invitation qui va chercher le modèle d'email dans "Data Dictionary/…".

Le fichier en question : WEB-INF/classes/alfresco/workflow/invite_processdefinition.xml

remplacer la ligne 32 :

var template = companyhome.childByNamePath("Data Dictionary/Email Templates/invite/invite-email.ftl");‍

par

var template = companyhome.childByNamePath("Dictionnaire des Données/Modèles d'Emails/invite/invite-email.ftl");‍

On remplace un truc moche par un autre truc moche, mais qui fonctionne pour ceux ayant bootstrapé leur Alfresco en fr_FR.
Il reste encore à déployer cette nouvelle définition de workflow pour prendre en compte la modification.
