We are running Alfresco Labs 3c and are using SHARE for our marketing department to house all collateral.
We have a need where they need to email out the documents in share to people outside the firewall.
Share has the link to the document for download, but we have guest access disabled and all logins required AD authentication.
Is there a way for me to create a link or command which allows our users to email a specific document to a customer?
What i envision is something similar to a mailto: command which launches the resident email application and attaches the document from the library into the email.
We all use Outlook as the email client.
Scenario:
employee searches the Share library for a document or multiple documents, selects them and envokes a command which opens a new email window with the documents attached.
Is there any way to do this in Share?
