Email notification on new document

How do I set up email notifications when a new document is added to the document library like in MS SharePoint?

Browse to the space
select more actions
select manage content rules
select create rule
select email rule (somewhere in the list)
follow wizard

Ahhhh - didn't realize that I had to go into Alfresco to do this.  Works great - thanks.
